"No problem too small"

I hear this a lot, a small problem that doesn't stop you from reading e-mail, but does keep you from doing SOMETHING, like:

-you can't get anything to print

-you can read mail plenty but creating and sending doesn't work

-yahoogroups says you're not a member so you can't see the files, though you get mail from them plenty.

-you got the upgrade to optonline or verizon DSL, but its in the box and has been for a month and you just don't want to do something wrong

-your computer has slowed down or you get some strange error message that sounds serious even if you can just click "OK" to get past it.

-you get pictures attached to your mail and want to save them somehow without having to print every one

So you look at a web site like the "Geek Squad" and see that their prices BEGIN at $69 just to get someone thru the door and you decide to live with the problem, even when there is dog-friendly help nearby (which brings you back to PMCC Services) at nearly a third of the price to start.  Of course, its your choice...bring in someone you know or bring in a stranger who may kick at your dogs instead of pet them when they visit the repair man.
